These are people who have changed my thinking, redefining my worldview. They have a permanent and lasting impact on my life in some way. They define who I will be next year.

• Carrie Brooks: My second supervisor - thank you for your understanding, in many ways that was my first job.
• Julio Gianoni: My Third Supervisor - If life were made of easy choices I would still be working under you. :-)
• Robin Beebe: My Third Boss - You have a great team, and you lived up to your reputation, and made us follow suite.

• Michael Starling: Thank you for teaching me all I know about UNIX (well at least half).
• Sara Meyers: You were Always so cheerful, no matter how stressful the day got.
• Timothy Brennan: Thank you for making time to answer questions even if I was only at level 1.
• James Lee: Thank you for taking an interest in me - your friendship is a precious memory.

• Nicholas Blume: Thank you for training me for the L2 help-desk - and setting a challenging standard of accomplishment, you can't be ashamed of my performance.
• John Pier: Thank you for teaching me much of what I know about Exchange. (I have my own Exchange server now!)
• Nicholas Compston: Thank you for teaching me everything I know about ARIBA.
• Charles Ross: If I were making easy choices, I would still be working with you. I wish we had both worked in the same office, there is so much more I could have learned from you.
• Larry Partridge: I learned Crystal Reports and SQL because of you, it was a challenge, but that is a good part of what I live for - thank you.
